How do I activate my account?
Your club will provide us with their list of coaches and team managers for each team. We will add you. Once you’ve been added, you’ll receive an automated email to accept the team invitation: ‘To accept the invitation, click here.’
If this is your first time with the Coliseum, you’ll be asked for a password. Once done (or if you already have an account from previous years) you’ll be redirected to your team page to accept the waiver and team assignment.
How do I view my team?
Select 'MY TEAM' from the top menu.
I have two teams. How do I change between them?
If you have 2 or more teams, you can toggle between them by ‘Switch Team’ option on left side of your screen under 'My Team'.
How do I add players, coaches and/or team managers to my roster?
When under ‘My Team’, Select ‘Player Roster’ from the left.
Then select ‘Action’, and ‘Request New Player Addition’ from the drop-down menu:

Player type: Child (player) or Adult (coach/manager)

SportsEngine ID: ex: SEOS1234567 – do not make this up it will mess up your players’ stats and/or our ability to approve them. If you do not have it, ask your club

I've added players to my roster. Why do some/all still show as 'outstanding requests'?
There are a couple possibilities:
- We haven’t approved them yet. It’s a busy time of the year, so please allow for a 3-4-day turnaround.
- Eastern Ontario Soccer (EOS) haven’t approved them yet. We only approve players that have been approved by EOS
- The player(s) do not have their picture/headshot on the OS roster. If you're not sure how to get them added contact your club.
What is the minimum/maximum number of players that can play in a game?
Minimum: Five (5)
Maximum: Eighteen (18)

Can we make changes to our roster part way through the season?
Yes. Players can be added/removed from rosters up until January 10. As of January 11 all rosters will be frozen, and players can no longer be added or removed.
Is there a bathroom on site?
Yes. There is a porta potty next to the entrance of the dome. Alternatively, Coliseum participants may use the bathrooms at the RA Centre. They can be accessed by entering the 'East Entrance' of the building. It is open on weekends from 8:00am-8:00pm.
What is the process to call up players?
Hand write the player's name on the game sheet. For information on call up rules, see 'Section 7' of the Coliseum Rules
Why aren't some of my players' names printed on the game sheet?
A) They're a call up. Call ups will not be printed on the game sheet.
B) You have not added them to your Coliseum roster. To add them go to 'My Team' --> 'Player Roster' --> 'Action' and 'Request New Player Addition'. Once added we receive a notification and will have them approved within 24 hours.
How many players can be called up per game?
Five (5)
What is the tiebreaker for teams tied on points at the end of the season?
If two or more teams are tied on points at the end of the regular season, the tie will be broken by the following process:
- Cumulative head-to-head score
- Most wins
- Goal differential
- Most goals for
- Coin toss
If jerseys clash who changes?
The home team (provided the away team's jersey colour is listed on the website).
How do we submit a complaint about a referee?
Email it to admin@coliseum.ca - complaints must be in writing.
